Virtual Try-On

Let shoppers see it on themselves before they buy β€” so fewer orders come back.

See Virtual Try-On in action
The problem

Online, nobody can try anything on. So they guess β€” and then they return it. You pay for the traffic, you pay to ship it out, you pay to ship it back, and you are left with stock that has been round the country once. The customers who do not gamble are worse: they fill a basket, stall at the point where they would normally hold the thing up to a mirror, and leave.

What Virtual Try-On does

Virtual Try-On puts your product on the shopper. They use their phone camera or upload a photo, and see the item on themselves before they commit β€” the same check they would make in a fitting room. Buyers who can see it decide faster, order the right thing, and send less of it back.

What you actually get

Try before they buy

The shopper sees the product on themselves, on their own phone, rather than on a model who is not their size.

Fewer returns to absorb

Most returns are "it did not look like that on me". Removing the guess removes the most expensive reason people send things back.

Nothing to install

It runs in the browser on the product page. No app, no store listing, no separate download for the customer.

Sits on the store you already have

It adds to your existing product pages rather than asking you to move platform or rebuild the shop.

Shows you what converts

Which products get tried on, and how often a try-on turns into an order β€” so merchandising is a decision, not a hunch.

Questions

What people ask before they start.

What kinds of products can shoppers try on?

Anything worn or held, where fit and look drive the decision β€” clothing, eyewear, jewellery, accessories. It is least useful where size is a number rather than a look.

Does the customer need to install anything?

No. It runs in the browser on your product page, using the phone camera or a photo they upload.

Will it work with the store I already have?

Yes. It adds to your existing product pages rather than asking you to move platform or rebuild the shop.

How much will it reduce my returns?

That depends on your category and your current return rate, so we will not quote you somebody else's number. The mechanism is simple: most returns are β€œit did not look like that on me”, and this removes that guess before the order is placed.

What happens to customer photos?

They are processed for the try-on and are not sold or used to train anything. You get the exact retention terms in writing before launch.

Can I see which products get tried on?

Yes β€” try-on counts per product, and how often a try-on becomes an order, so merchandising is a decision rather than a hunch.
