We collect only what we need, only with your consent:

β’ Project and billing data for clients β to deliver the work and issue invoices.
We never sell your data, and we do not collect sensitive categories of personal data.

Portal access is protected by authenticated, server-verified sessions; staff access to internal systems requires two-factor authentication and role-based permissions. Client data in the portal is strictly scoped β no client can ever see another client's records.
We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected: enquiry data while we correspond with you, portal data while your account is active, and billing records for as long as tax law requires. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted.
You can ask us at any time to: access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. Email support@arczen.studio and we will act on the request promptly. You will never be penalised for exercising these rights.
We use a small set of processors to run the service β hosting, database, email delivery, scheduling, and analytics providers. Each processes data only on our instructions. Because some providers operate internationally, data may be processed outside Bangladesh; where it is, we choose providers meeting recognised international data-protection standards.
