1. Our Commitment
Arczen Studio is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to as many people as possible, including those with visual, auditory, cognitive, or motor disabilities. We actively work to align our digital presence with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) 2.1 Level AA — the international standard for web accessibility — and update our practices as standards evolve.
2. Conformance Status
We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This means our website strives to be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all users. While we work diligently toward full compliance, some content areas may still have accessibility limitations. We are committed to resolving these on an ongoing basis.
3. Technical Specifications
Our website is built using modern web standards. It is designed to be compatible with current assistive technologies, including screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, and high-contrast display modes. We use semantic HTML5 elements, ARIA landmark roles and labels where needed, descriptive link text, alternative text for all meaningful images, and sufficient colour contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for standard text).
4. Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content on our website may not yet fully meet the WCAG 2.1 AA standard. Known limitations include: (a) some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible; (b) some embedded third-party content (such as videos or interactive maps) may have accessibility constraints beyond our control. We are actively working to address these gaps.
5. Browser & Assistive Technology Compatibility
Our website is designed to work with the following assistive technologies and browsers: NVDA or JAWS screen readers with Firefox or Chrome on Windows; VoiceOver with Safari on macOS and iOS; TalkBack on Android with Chrome. If you experience difficulties with a specific assistive technology or browser combination, please let us know via the contact information below.
6. Feedback & Contact
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of this website. If you encounter any barriers, or if any content on this site is inaccessible to you, please contact us. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days and to resolve valid issues as quickly as is practical. We will work with you to provide the information, service, or content you are trying to access in an alternative format if required.
7. Formal Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility concern, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant authority in your jurisdiction. We are committed to handling all complaints with care and transparency.
